Who we are
Optimize Management Consultancy W.L.L. (CR No. 88429) is a management consultancy registered in Doha, Qatar ("Optimize", "we", "us"). We operate this website, optimize-qatar.com, and we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect through the website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).
What we collect, and why
The contact form. If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, and message you type, together with the date, time, and the IP address the message was sent from. We use this information for one purpose: to read your enquiry and respond to it. The IP address and a short-lived session record also protect the form against automated abuse.
Direct contact. If you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp using the details on the site, we receive whatever you choose to share, and we use it to respond to you.
Technical logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
What we do not do. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no tracking pixels, and displays no third-party advertising. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with anyone, and we do not use it for marketing lists you have not asked to join.
Third-party services you may choose to use
Some actions on this site take you to services operated by others, and their own privacy policies apply from that point:
- Calendly, if you book a consultation through our booking page;
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you contact us through the WhatsApp button;
- Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, if you follow the links to our pages there;
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site and may record standard technical request data.
How long we keep it
Messages you send us become part of our business correspondence and are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose they were sent, and for any period required for legal, regulatory, or record-keeping reasons, after which they are deleted. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for short, standard periods.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational precautions appropriate to the nature of the data we hold, and we limit access to it to those who need it to respond to you. No transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free, and we encourage you not to include sensitive personal information in an enquiry unless it is necessary.
Your rights
Under Qatari data protection law you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and withdraw any consent you have previously given. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@optimize-qatar.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page will change with them, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
